Back in 2018, we had a simple idea: to open a burger joint downtown that would serve up juicy beef with fresh ingredients and crispy fries. We wanted bold flavors combined with fast, friendly service.
In the last eight years, we’ve turned that idea into one of your favorite restaurants in town. We’ve learned so much along the way, from burger patty blends to different cuts of fries and even the perfect milk-to-ice cream ratio for a milkshake. Skills and knowledge no classroom could teach.
Now, we’re excited to share some news: our time with Cowhead has come to an end, and new owners are taking over next month. They have some amazing ideas for the space, and we’re really looking forward to seeing what they create in the future.
We want to thank everyone who has visited over the years to share a burger, some fries, or a shake. We couldn’t have made it without you, and we’ll see ya around.
