While 380 Peruvian Bistro isn’t officially open yet, we are LIVE at Merken!

🇵🇪 An Update from 380 Peruvian Bistro 💛

We’re taking a little pause — temporarily closing— as we complete some important electrical work to keep our kitchen safe and running right. ⚡️

We also recently said goodbye to our main kitchen staff, who’s moved on to another 🇵🇪 restaurant nearby (yes, they finally have a 🇵🇪 cook in the kitchen! 😉). And while we truly wish him the best, the reality is that running a small, family-owned business is hard. And we’re feeling it.

In the meantime, our heart and soul, Mama Rita, is taking a much-needed break to spend time with her grandkids and catch up on some medical appointments with her husband. Let’s pray Manuel gets well soon. 🙏

✨ While we’re paused, we’ll be revamping our menu and adjusting our hours going forward. So expect some exciting updates when we return.
