It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of my mother, the beloved co-founder and chef of the former Taipei Chinese Restaurant. For 36 years, she was the one behind all of the recipes that we knew and loved, and the last 3 years of retirement have been a blessing to be able to spend time with her. Thank you for holding our family in your thoughts.
