A New Daily Special will start tomorrow.

Starting Thursday, we will run a daily "Happy Hour" special between 2-4pm on Monday - Saturday.

The special will be a drink and popcorn combo for $1.95. The drinks offered:

Soda -- any kind, with one refill
Coffee - reg or decaf, with one refill
Bud or Bud Light - one serving
Genesee or Genesee Light - one serving

The drink will come with a basket serving of dry or buttered fresh-made popcorn. This special is only available at the diner, not for take out.

The hours 2-4pm are between lunch and dinnertime for most people. This special is to encourage folks to come and hang out at the diner. Bring a friend and chat. Bring a book or your phone and do some reading. Hang outside.

You can combine the Happy Hour special with any other food if you wish during 2-4 pm timeframe.

Also our policy for beer and wine service is a maximum of four servings per person. This is at any time. We want people to leave the diner safe.

Monday offering our version of a griddle breakfast "sandwich" with 4 hash browns -- 7.95. Monday only.

I hope everyone had a wonderful Memorial Day with family and friends. Below is this week's specials.
We have new hours Monday-Saturday 8am-8pm, Sunday is the same at 7am-2pm. Now offering beer and wine. We're starting with a small selection to start. Let us know your favorites!

Forgot our all week special: Two slices of pizza (cheese, pepperoni, broccoli or chicken wing) with drink (soda, coffee, Bud or Genesee) for 7.95.

Updates and Changes and New Stuff!!

1. We will be closed Memorial Day, Monday, May 25. We wanted our staff to be able to enjoy the day with their families.

2. Effective Tuesday, May 26, we will have new hours. Monday - Saturday we will open at 8am, closed at 8pm. Sunday will stay 7am-2pm.

We are discussing staying open Sundays until later for dinner. Let us know if that is something you'd like.

3. We will have an updated menu starting Tuesday. We've lowered a number of prices, a few things have gone up by .25 or .50. But mostly we've lowered. We've taken meatloaf and Italian dishes off the menu. We will offer them as specials.

4. We have beer and wine stocked, we're getting a price list printed up. We're starting with a basic, simple inventory. We're open to suggestions; We want to stock what people truly want.

Tuesday -- an Italian dish special
Wednesday -- Meatloaf
Thursday -- Chicken and Biscuits
Friday -- Mac 'n Cheese and Fish Fry
Saturday - an Italian dish special

The Italian dishes and diner deal will change week to week.

Starting next week we're going to offer a pizza slice special for the entire week: 2 slices (pepperoni, cheese, broccoli, chicken wing) and drink (soda, juice, Bud or Genesse) for 7.95

6. We plan to start cooking our own Roast Beef and Turkey to offer better quality.

Thank you to the folks who give us good and bad feedback. It's funny -- we get tons of compliments in the diner. Most of the complaints are online. We do listen and pay attention. In the end it helps us do better and give you the best experience and food we can.

Some Changes Coming and Effective Immediately

New Summer Hours starting Monday 5/18/2026
opening at 7am now instead of 6am

Monday - Saturday opening at 7am - 8pm
Sunday stays the same 7am - 2pm

This week we are going to run our popular Chicken and Biscuits for Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday

Beer and Wine is almost here! We're putting in our order, will get our equipment set up. I'll do a big announcement when we're live!
