$Oxtail- 8. Very aromatic, tender . Good flavor
$Chuck roast - 6. Good flavor but not cooked enough
$yams - 10 as good as a sweet yam'll get
$ cabbage - simple , good flavor . Its cabbage 8
$ mac and cheese - 8 ,would be better hot ( thats my fault) good flavor in it , cheesy , would like to see some more flavor on top/ toppings
$ cornbread- tasted like a jiffy box mix to me , correct me if im wrong
Overall, flavor is good . Ive never had oxtail with the flavor shes got , plates are decent . At $15 a plate these are definitely some SOLID meals .
