The last couple of days, I have noticed that people are requesting no lettuce on their sandwiches. I realized that it may be because of the issue with lettuce at the moment..

I wanted to let everyone know that our lettuce is HYDROPONIC lettuce. Which means that our lettuce never touches soil or the ground.

Don't miss out on anything that makes our entire sandwich delicious!

Today was a great day!

Catering for 50 people (50 sandwiches & cheesecakes), successful cookie cake ex*****on, lots of happy new customers, and I was on "Lunch with Brian & Steve".

We have been working on a new cookie line. This is something I have wanted to do for a while now.
Since testing, we had an opportunity to do a Chocolate Chip Cookie Wedding cake. We tested this as well and so happy with the turn out...

Even though we were closed today, we provided a lunch catering. You never say no when you are specifically requested by someone.

I was also so pleased as this was an opportunity to show case some of our other items like our Antipasto Pasta Salad. We have so many options!

We feel so blessed to be given these opportunities to provide our hearts with our food to others! Serving people with fresh and delicious food is all we want to do!
