HAPPY BIRTHDAY JIMMY!
One of my favorite things about baking is being able to create something that tells a story—and when it’s for someone you love, it means even more.
This cake was designed around all of Jimmy’s favorite things: ci**rs (complete with custom “Fifty Seven” and “Rocky Patel” labels), coffee beans, blue cheese stuffed olives, and of course a few UNO cards!
And because the inside matters just as much as the outside, this cake was filled with layers of spice cake, apple compote, caramel, and vanilla frosting. It was every bit as delicious as it sounds!
Jimmy - you bring so much joy, laughter, and friendship into our lives. You’re the kind of person people are lucky to know—always dependable, always fun, and always someone we can count on. We have made so many wonderful memories together, and we’re grateful for every one of them.
Creating this cake was my way of showing just how much you mean to us, because if there’s one thing I believe, it’s that love can absolutely be baked into a cake.
Cheers to 57 years and many more celebrations ahead.
