Some siblings are simply meant to stay together.

Today, Athena and Tripoli found a home that welcomed both of them, ensuring they’ll get to continue life’s adventures side by side.

A special thank you to our friends at Community Cats of Bonita Springs Florida for rescuing these two and helping prepare them for adoption, and to Sir Rooftop Randall, whose Fund the Next Newbie donation helped make their journey to Cattyshack possible.

Congratulations to Athena, Trip, and their new family. We have a feeling these two are going to keep each other entertained for years to come!

To prepare for the that our 9️⃣ cats will be on, the team at St. Nicholas Animal Rescue is carrying up to 15 dogs a day on their shoulders, back up this mountain.

They spent more than $100,000 building a road that provided access to the property where many of the animals are housed. Earlier this year, a landslide washed it away completely.

Now, without power, vehicle access, or animal welfare laws to protect them, the challenges facing both the animals and the people caring for them have only grown.

We are incredibly grateful for the opportunity to interact with all of these animals when visiting and now play a small role in this story.

The 9 cats arriving is just the beginning of the adventure, and we can’t wait to introduce them to you soon. 🐾

This sweet girl has officially found her forever home, and we couldn’t be happier for her and her new family.
