Behind the Name: Guild & Palm
Founded in 2006, the Everglades Craft Brewers Guild brought Southwest Florida’s homebrewers together around advocacy, education, community, and a shared love of brewing.
Around the same time, what started for us as a weekend hobby; nights in the garage brewing, learning, and experimenting was becoming something more. Through homebrews, growler swaps, feedback, and brew days with the Guild, we connected with a group that helped shape our craft.
The Guild’s annual Oktoberfest events became our first real stage, and helped lay the foundation for what would eventually become Palm City Brewing!

Training Grounds MMA on site from 2-5pm
