Have you ever been to ECHO?

For more than 40 years, ECHO (ECHO Global Farm • Nursery • Welcome & Resource Center) in North Fort Myers has been teaching people how to grow food and doing tons of great work.

🌳 They grow food, share knowledge, host field trips, sell fresh fruit and trees, and offer some really cool volunteer opportunities. They help make our planet greener.
And that’s pretty rad.

We love partnerships like this because we believe a healthy city should be able to grow organic food and feed its own local community. We think everyone should have a fruit tree (or 3) in their yard. Echo works to do exactly that.

We recently stopped by and brought home a few cases of some absolutely stunning starfruit.

So, naturally, we turned it into a waffle.

Nothing makes us happier than sharing what we love with the next generation. 💚🍏

A huge thank you to The Sydney Arts Center for bringing their summer camp to visit us! We had so much fun showing the kids how a cold press juicer works, letting them peel fresh ginger, and talking about the benefits of nourishing your body with fresh fruits and vegetables.

Watching their curiosity, excitement, and willingness to try something new made our day. We hope we inspired a few future juice lovers along the way. Thank you for spending part of your summer with us! ☀️🌿

What a night. 🌿✨

A huge thank you to everyone who came out and trusted us with your evening. Watching our little café transform into an intimate dinner experience and seeing every table filled with conversation, laughter, and incredible food meant more to us than you’ll ever know.

A huge thank you to our amazing team. These dinners take weeks of planning and a whole lot of late nights, and we poured our hearts into making this one unforgettable.
This is only the beginning.

We’re excited to explore this world even more with monthly dinners, unique themes, collaborations with local chefs, seasonal menus, classes, and experiences that bring our community together around incredible food and intentional moments.

If you missed this one, don’t worry… we’re already planning the next. 👀

Something new is growing at Green Cup. 🪴

We’ve been talking about this forever, and we’re finally ready.

Join us this Friday for our very first dinner. A thoughtfully crafted three course, plant-forward menu paired with three non alcoholic drinks.

The evening is inspired by a dinner we hosted at 1412 Dean Street back in 2021, some friends we’ve met along the way and some of our favorite nights spent at Remediesparlor.

Our hope is simple: to slow things down, share some amazing food, tell some stories and let you experience Green Cup in a whole new way.
