It's all done! Looking to get some fresh picked corn and will be out roasting this week if the weather permits, forecast is calling for lots of rain.

SO close! One more coat of yellow paint then just hook up the propane lines and the new roaster is DONE! I hope to get out this coming week on Tuesday to try it out with the new trailer. Watch your phones I will send out the group text when we are going out and have a promo for you!

On the 21st I booked a concert at the casino in Immokolee and hope we can get enough fresh corn for the day, 1-8 pm.

Just a few details to do on the trailer like putting on new graphics and adding some shelving will make it complete.

Thanks for the patience the past week going without your street corn, I'll be going out Monday to see what the corn crops look like and hope to get some fresh picked quality corn for you!
