🔥🐟 Snapper Wings — A True Island Favorite!
American Red snapper collars lightly dusted, flash fried, and tossed with Texas Pete. Served with our house-made blue cheese. If you know, you know… and if you don’t, tonight’s your chance. Get them before they sell out! 👀

🌴 Caribbean Scallops
New Bedford scallops seared with Caribbean spices, served over mango agave cream and finished with pineapple pico de gallo.

🐟 Porgy Provençal
Straight from our fish camp, pan-seared and topped with mushrooms, grape tomatoes, capers, and a flavorful Provençal reduction.

🍋 Mangrove Snapper
Freshly unloaded this morning and prepared the classic Français style—egg dipped, pan sautéed, and finished with a silky lemon beurre blanc.

🌅 The boats are coming back to the docks, the harbor is settling into another beautiful evening, and the kitchen is serving some of the freshest seafood you’ll find anywhere on the island.

🐟 BBQ Barracuda – Fresh-caught barracuda, grilled and glazed with Sweet Baby Ray’s BBQ, topped with pineapple slaw on a toasted brioche bun.

The Bayside Park Concert Series is happening today from 4–7 PM, featuring OTR live at Bayside Park! Grab your friends, enjoy the beautiful back bay breeze, and settle in for an afternoon of great music and good times.
