So I will be open today with plenty of the special for the week; smoked marinated chicken, Edward’s fire cooked bacon, bruschetta made from vine ripened tomatoes, and artichoke hearts!

Oh just so you know 6/8 I’ve told 5 people I’m bringing Gyros back so yeah… anyway!

Starting tomorrow; a Hot sourdough style crust, brushed with fresh garlic and pure olive oil, melted aged Parmesan and Mozzarella, marinated chicken off the Treager (it turned out very juicy), Edward’s bacon cooked in the fire, fresh made bruschetta! Made with vine ripened tomatoes salted just enough to bring out the full flavor and highlight the tomato in the bruschetta !🤤🫡 and artichoke hearts! Geez now I’m hungry!!!!anyways let me know if you’d like me to make you lunch or dinner tomorrow!!🤓🫡🤤🤤 kinda like this pic but I’ll take a pic when I make one tomorrow!!

Update: I will be open next Saturday June 6th, I mentioned I was going to be open 5/30 but I won’t be able to. So for sure plan on starting June 6th the first and third Saturdays when the races are going.
