That’s right— it’s almost time your family can get a slow-cooked, stick-to-your-ribs dinner any night of the week (except Sunday & Monday 😉).

It’s T-minus 2 weeks until the doors swing wide open at Uchee Creek BBQ, and we cannot wait to serve this community some true down-home cooking.

🔥 ANNOUNCEMENT 🔥
After 22 years of serving Fort Mitchell barbecue and a lifetime of cooking it I will be closing the BBQ HOUSE. Friday September 26 will be the last official day. Im retiring from cooking BBQ for the public and pursuing a new adventure. I want to sincerely thank each and every one of you that supported me over the years. I've met alot of great people over the years and made tons of friends way too many to mention. So stop on in before Sept. 26 and say hello to Spencer and I on our farewell week.

Don't worry the great tradition of BBQ in this old building will continue very soon with a great young local couple and a passion for cooking. Eric King and his wife Sam King will be opening back up under the new name UCHEE CREEK BBQ. The number remains 334-855-9001. Some of the same great BBQ extended menu, extended hours and catering.

Please help all of us in support of our new adventurs and this new chapter of our lives. ❤️

We want to say a prayer for our Ft. Benning soldiers in this time of need. We would like to say thank you not only for your service, but also the support you extend to our business. To this day we have retirees and active duty come in to eat, and it's never a dull moment for us. From listening to stories, to meeting your families, even to watching your babies grow up we truely appreciate you all from the bottoms our heart. Ft. Benning Ga, you guys are our hero's....

I've went all weekend trying to find the words to say, however there's not enough words to explain exactly how thankful we truely are.
Mr. Rick and Mr. George have left us speechless, we would like you to know how much we appreciate each and everyone of you. You guys have truely became like family to us.
