Good morning so this wonderful community.. I just want to say we will miss everybody that we have come across our path it has been a pleasure and an honor to know everybody here in fort McCoy and eureka area.. remember today is the last day the window will be open for now not for good cuz I promise you we will be back in a food truck once again the way we have always done it.. I just want you guys to please not be mad with us and understand we tried it for 6 months and it comes down to we were no longer happy being in the building.. It started to feel like a 9:00 to 5:00 job and that's not what we wanted we want to have fun with what we do and that's why we love our food trucks so much, everybody please keep in mind when you met us you met us in a food truck that's just who we are, we tried something new we are not mad we are not angry we tried and it's just not us, so to all my loyal customers that have turned into friends all I ask that you do not be mad at me or my family for deciding on closing shop today.. I will be taking some pictures of some tables and a couch set and some other stuff we have in the Bay area everything will be for free so if you see something please reach out to me and let me know but as soon as I get to the shop I will take pictures and put another post out.. thank you everybody for listening to my thoughts..

Good morning community, please keep in mind today and Tuesday will be our last day in the shop so come on down and grab some fresh Cuban style sandwiches, but do not forget to keep in mind that we will be back just our style of doing things Food Truck status.. we will be back soon with little blue as we started in the community but we are looking to upgrade to something much bigger..

Good morning to all.. I'm Sorry to say that Monday and Tuesday will be are last days OPEN.. That's right we are closing the Shop, unfortunately we do miss the Food Truck.. We miss events and meeting new people.. we are getting a New bigger Food Truck.. So have no fear we will be back..
