How Did We Survive This Much Food?!

We fed about 25,000 people out of one little pizza truck.
Yeah… that number surprised us too.

Made around 5,700 pizzas.
Each one takes about 2 minutes to make, 8 minutes to bake, 1 minute to cut/box.
So that’s over 1,000 hours just making pizzas. (Whats that saying about 1,000 hours to become a master or is 10,000
Not counting setup, teardown, driving all over the place, or the days the truck wanted to fight us or we wanted to fight each other.

We burned through:

5,650 lbs of cheese (basically a mountain)

408 gallons of sauce

1,800 lbs of pepperoni

Enough crust to make a 500-foot “pizza runway”

And we drove 7,000 miles doing it.

It was a long season. Hard season. Good season.
We’re tired, but proud of what we pulled off.
Thanks to everyone who lined up, waited, waved, or grabbed a slice.
You’re the reason we keep doing it. And dont forget you can always come visit us at the brick and mortar. We look forward to getting back on the road next season.

My better half and I are stuck in a pretzel predicament. Should we add them to the truck or not? You guys have been asking for it, but I'm concerned about storage and the cheese warmer. We're ditching the beer cheese for nacho cheese since you all want that for your breadsticks. If this pretzel thing blows up, I'll have to reconfigure my fridge to hold more.

Hey Ansonia guess what. Keyhole Pizza On Wheels is coming to town this Saturday we will be out at HB Auto wash from 12-8 tell your friends! So if your washing your car order a pizza and we'll have it ready when your done!
