RJ's Community Pantry This is a community food pantry that serves the military, dependents, and civilian community. We do accept cold, frozen, or non perishable donations.

We hope the donations that are provided will become useful to you, your family, and loved ones.

Good afternoon JBLM,

It has been a pleasure serving the community. My family and I have learned a lot from everyone and the ability to serve you all was amazing. The pantry, in Discovery Village, has shifted. The new owners of the pantry can be found at S&S food pantry.

The new pantry is located at 7219 Field Ave.

Thank you JBLM for all of your support. Without you the pantries wouldn’t exist and could not provide to the community.

We have a few items in the fridge and freezer that are available and would love to give them to anyone that would like them.

Freezer:

Turkey - gone
Frozen Hispanic snack

Fridge:

Greens
Chopped carrots

The pantry is fully stocked and is available 24/7. The fridge/freezer pantry will close by 7 pm.

The pantry is located at 60115C Garcia Blvd. Stay safe and stay warm JBLM.

Good morning JBLM,

The pantry will soon shift to a new address. As we continue this transition from one home to another, we ask that all donations, starting today, be placed at 7219C Field Ave. This will allow the new owners the opportunity to open their pantry with donations.

We do appreciate the opportunity that everyone has provided us to serve the community. We will remain open and will notify everyone once the transition is completed.

Good evening JBLM,

First, I would like to apologize for not posting much recently as we have received canned items and constantly restocking the pantry. We have not received as much fridged/frozen items but they’re going quickly prior to posting.

Next, it has been a pleasure serving the community and JBLM. Our time here is slowly coming to an end. We would like to start looking for someone within Discovery Village who would like to take over the pantry within the next few months. The family assuming responsibilities of the pantry will receive the fridge, the porch pantry, and an indoor grate to store non perishable items. Operating a pantry could be a little challenging at times, but definitely rewarding. If you are interested, please send a message and we can definitely go over the ins and outs, the challenging aspects, and rewarding aspects. Again, it might be a month or so prior to us wanting to transfer the pantry.

We are still open and supporting the community. Thank you for allowing us to help you all.

📢 Important Service Announcement — THANKSGIVING DISTRIBUTIONS, November 25th–27th!

Below is basic distribution information for our Olympia Pantry, and for our Lacey Pantry which will be held at Saint Martin's University. Please visit our website for important details, including maps for drive-up service in Olympia on Monday and at Saint Martin's on Tuesday!

Walk-up services during the Monday/Tuesday pantry drive-through distributions are difficult for capacity and safety reasons, but please know that we never turn anyone away!

I want to say thank you for your constant support to allow us to accept your donations and, in turn provide for the community. Lately, we had a handful of people not pick up their requests which took the opportunity from others. We do not want to start denying food, but with not picking up your requests it is denying it from others.
