Florida Room is a hidden lakeside oasis helmed by James Beard–nominated chefs Janine Booth & Jeff McInnis, where elevated scratch cooking meets the laid-back, soulful spirit of Southern Florida. Tucked into the southwest corner of Fort Lauderdale’s Snyder Park, our kitchen crafts every dish from wholesome ingredients, entirely free of seed oils. The menu is a balance of comfort, creativity, and wellness with dishes like charcoal-crusted Australian ribeye, rosemary lemon-dusted fried chicken with hot honey, a delicate grilled mango and sesame salad, and our “surf & turf” of seared sea scallops and house-smoked pork belly in a garlic chili crust.
