*Infuse unique flavors into fruits, vegetables, proteins, oils, ice cream bases, and other items very quickly
*Make Cold Brew Coffee in 24 minutes, instead of 12 to 18 hours.
*Your customers can infuse Tequila, Vodka and other spirits to make unique flavors not offered at other restaurants.
*Most items that take hours, days or weeks, can now be done in 30 minutes or less.

Plus our MX2 utilizes cold boiling, which retains all the natural colors and reduces bitterness of vegetables and fruits that are infused using heat.
