F. Fin Taco Truck A well balanced diet is a taco in each hand. Our handcrafted street tacos are cooked to order, never frozen, and made with love. Fins up!

Meats are braised in house marinades and the fish is locally sourced from South Florida fisheries. Florida native, Owner Chef Isaac Romero, started the F. Fin Taco Truck to rediscover what he always loved about the art of food and cooking. His passion for cooking has evolved from working as an executive chef in restaurants throughout the country to realizing his dreams as a food truck owner in South Florida where he handcrafts tacos from locally sourced, fresh,and sustainable ingredients.
