When we first opened our doors, we were committed to offering a gluten-free crust. We started with pre-made frozen options made from rice, potato flour, cauliflower, and chickpeas. While they served as decent alternatives, we noticed they often contained unnecessary ingredients that didn’t belong in dough.

My son was diagnosed with celiac disease. This inspired us to take action! We’ve crafted a gluten-free dough that focuses on quality and simplicity: just Italian gluten-free flour, water, salt, and yeast.

Our dough is baked in a pan, ensuring it never touches the oven deck.

It’s Trivia Night! Doors open at 3pm trivia kicks off at 730pm

Looking through old photos really brings back memories—and maybe a few grey hairs! From the very first snapshot of my daughter watching over our initial batch of dough at the Broward County Convention Center 10 years ago to our first pop-up at Gulf Stream Brewery, it’s incredible to see how far we’ve come.

Over the years, so much has changed, but one thing remains constant: the love and support of family and friends. This Saturday marks our eight-year anniversary partnering with Gulf Stream Brewery! What started as a humble pop-up has blossomed into a full-time venture with our name on the building!

Thank you for being part of our journey and for allowing us to serve you these past eight years.
