Everyone loves sharing the wins… but the biggest growth usually comes from the mistakes.

If I were starting a food truck from scratch today, these are the 8 things I’d do differently. 🌮🧇🚚

After years of festivals, private catering, equipment failures, staffing challenges, record-breaking weekends, and thousands of happy customers, we’ve learned a lot the hard way.

Hopefully these lessons save another food truck owner some time, money, and stress.
