One of our favorite dishes to create this summer was this very soulful salad. Fresh peaches, candied pecans, pickled onions, goat cheese and cornbread breadcrumbs topped shaved collard greens that had been massaged in our house-made sweet tea salad dressing! Ooohh what a bite it was!

One of the most talked about dishes from our Summer Dinner Series was this Dip Trio starter, and weeks later, guests are still talking about it.

Created as the opening to Santorini Nights, our exploration of a Greek and Mediterranean inspired family style feast, the trio featured housemade garlic hummus topped with smoky baba ghanoush, whipped herb feta, and a deeply savory anchovy tapenade.

Chef Jessica Jessica Seeger masterfully executed each of the dips, served alongside Chef Nataly’s beautiful housemade sourdough loaves. Together, they created the perfect first bite for a night centered around bold flavors, shared plates, and gathering around the table.

Sometimes the starter sets the tone for the entire meal. This one absolutely did. ✨

From scratch-made pastries and cakes to beautiful finishing touches for our catered events, Nataly has been sharpening her craft and making our dessert program sweeter one bake at a time. We love watching her grow, experiment, and make this lane her own.

Because around here, dessert is never an afterthought. ✨
