Meet Chef Peter, Executive Chef at Theos Estiatorio, and Sous Chef Beborlin, two of the familiar faces helping bring every service to life.

From Chef Peter working the expo and keeping an eye on every plate before it heads to the dining room, to Beborlin holding it down behind the line, there’s a lot of precision, teamwork, and personality happening behind every meal at Theos.

This is the part of hospitality guests don’t always see: the people, the rhythm, the little moments, and the team that makes it all come together.

These are a few more of our favorite moments from Tuesday’s HUGO BOSS private event at Theos a room full of style, conversation, beautiful details, familiar faces, and the kind of energy that made the entire evening feel incredibly special.

What a night!

We want to personally say thank you to the incredible HUGO BOSS team for trusting Theos Estiatorio to host such a beautiful evening.

The appreciation is mutual. From the relationships to the energy in the room, this was one of those nights that reminded us why we love bringing people together.

A special Tuesday is ahead at Theos.

Tomorrow, Tuesday, September 22, Theos Estiatorio will be reserved exclusively for a private HUGO BOSS event, and we’re incredibly excited to welcome them into our space for the evening.

Because of the private event, we will not be open to the public tomorrow night. We’ll return to our regular hours on Wednesday, September 23, ready to welcome you back for dinner, cocktails, and everything you love about Theos.
