It is with heavy hearts that we share the news of the passing of one of our own, Marcos Zuniga. In Berretto’s 3 years serving Bentonville, he was part of our small but mighty kitchen team. He was more than Chef Sam’s right hand, he became family and a strength to our business. We witnessed his passion and growth in the industry which only helped us. We’re grateful for him sticking by us and most of all for his friendship. He will be missed more than words can describe.

THANK YOU! We are so overwhelmed with gratitude today. We’d like to thank everyone who joined us last night, everyone who’s supported us the last 3 years, our purveyors and our small but mighty staff who worked so hard to push out delicious food. Special thank you to for the opportunity to start Berretto out of their kitchen. It’s not a goodbye, it’s a see you later!! 🫶🏽

Swing by tonight and join us for our last public kitchen service out of . We have enjoyed slingin’ our version of Italian food for the last 3 years. We are eternally grateful for your patronage and support. We hope to see as many faces as possible tonight! You know the drill, open at 4pm until the food runs out.

Side note: Chef Sam’s is selling their hot sauce in jars. Ask your servers about it!
