Something about being able to indulge without any worry of bloating. Our plantain jerky is a resistant starch that also provides fiber so you get all the good and guilt free snacking. Pair it with some fruit and you have a vibe. Our Churro chocolate is still on Amazon!

My favorite part is being able to connect with folks and ask them especially knowing they will tell me the truth. So elated for this feedback. This product DOES NOT EXIST on the market. I had to completely figure out how to do this on my own so seeing people receptive when all they have known are plantain chips has been fun!

Our plantain jerky is a better for you alternative to plantain chips being that we are oil free and our nutrients remain by cooking them slowly. It’s why some people can’t take gluten, we overheat our food changing the molecular structure. It’s why there is a higher price tag. It takes twice as many to get the amount we provide. Yes a few extra dollars but trust me being sick is pricer…
