Southern Belle's Country Kitchen has been asked to be a part of this event Saturday! We are definitely going to have chocolate chip bread pudding with rum sauce and french toast bread pudding with a butter maple sauce. If you had a choice, what would you want us to serve as a savory dish?

Good news y'all! I went and spoke to the city about food truck ordinances since as of right now they're only allowed outside the city limits. They are currently working on changing that! Everyone say a little prayer that it all goes through! By January 2023 they should be allowed!! 🎉🎉🎉
Not only am I excited to cook for y'all, but I'm also excited for the variety of options that will be available with this change! The lady said there is a Vietnamese truck, Sho-Nuff Smokehouse Q (so good!), and a pretzel truck that are around here. I'm sure there are others, and I cannot wait to try them all!

For all following this page to see when I'll be able to serve in the Picayune area:
1) Health department requires a separate kitchen (Unless serving cookies or cakes)
2) I have a RV that I was going to rehab for personal travel, butttt it looks like that plan is changing!

Please be patient with me! I have to do demo and reconstruction as well as health department inspection. Anyone willing to help please let me know! I'm working on being able to feed you, your families, and your coworkers. Legal restraints in Mississippi are making things complicated!

Good news/bad news y'all. I have secured an amazing job at our new location, and will be heading there ahead of my husband. I will try to fulfill any catering orders, but I am not planning on selling anymore. It has been an absolute pleasure serving all of you at Fort Irwin, and I will deeply miss you all! Tennessee here I come!
