We took home second place at the Burger Showdown 2.0 in San Antonio this weekend! Thanks to everyone behind the scenes for making this possible! We had lots of fun meeting everyone and trying the other burgers! 🍔
We served our signature Big Bend Smashburger, featuring our homemade bun, bacon jam, and sweet heat from port style red. We used our local beef from and shredded Wisconsin cheddar as well! Stop by the food truck anytime to try one for yourself!

Come on out this weekend for this weeks special, the Cowboy Candy Burger! A delicious combination of sweet and spicy, we take one of our homemade buns and pile it high with local beef, red onion, prosciutto, goat cheese, and candied jalapeños! Served with your choice of a side for $15. Open 12-7, Friday through Sunday.

Looking for someone to operate the food truck for our current hours with plans on opening more days at a later time. Would be Friday-Sunday from 11:30AM - 7:00PM.

An hour or two of prep on Friday may be necessary as well. Easy to operate, pay is negotiable, would be hourly + tips.

Experience in kitchen not necessary, basic food making skills would be preferred. Seeking someone who is a quick learner, common sense, who can think on their feet.
