Some sandwiches are polite.
This one is not.
Ancho-chipotle rubbed brisket, braised low and slow, piled onto caramelized onion and provolone, finished with remoulade and a little au jus for good measure. Gherkins on the side because balance is important. 😄
This is the steak sandwich at Persimmon — and it’s been stopping tables mid-conversation since we put it on the menu.
