When we signed our lease in February 2016 the race to open was on, and we sold our first plate of hot chicken April 12. In a lot of ways that excitement and pace has sustained 10 years! What has remained consistent is our wonderful and strong community, staff, and family. Thank you for the continued support, opportunities, and friendship. LET'S KEEP IT GOING!

Run like you're being chased by a giant toy dinosaur or CGI lizard to grab our April Special 🔥🦖 Y'all love the Kimchi Sandwich SO MUCH we've been recreating it once per year since 2017, and we won't stop until we outnumber Godzilla remakes... or at least Fast & the Furious installments.

All locations are serving:
Kimchi Sandwich: house-fermented kimchi with thunder sauce* and your choice of chicken or tempeh on a brioche bun.

Tempura Cauliflower: breaded cauliflower florets with a drizzle of thunder sauce* and sushi sauce.
