Let me explain: What we do is take something that everyone knows (corndogs) and tie it together with what we do at Lickskillet which is from scratch and labored with love. We make our dogs from scratch, grinding the meat, stuffing it, and smoking it! It's a process that's very labor intensive but the end result is something that is unique and new. These are the corndogs that have been missing from society, but not for long! Get ready to experience our Corndoggy Style with Corndoggies!

The Chicken Cheddar Brat! This chicken sausage is like a traditional German style brat that includes spices such as ginger, nutmeg, white pepper just to name a few.

And let’s not forget the cheddar cheese that’s also included in the sausage.

Did you know we make our own recipes for the sausages?!.

In the beginning, we used to also stuff our own sausages as well. With the growth of the business, we have outsourced the sausage making process and now have a USDA certified business who takes our recipe and brings it to life using local meat and cheese. This also ensures you’re always getting top notch quality sausages every time!

The brat goes best with a spicy mustard which you’ll get a mustard packet in the bag with your dog. The tip of the stick will be blue for brat!

It’s not that kind of party, you gotta sauce your own dog the way you like it!

It’s a traditional German style brat made with a chicken sausage.

What makes it a traditional German style you ask?

It’s flavored with spices such as white pepper, ginger, nutmeg and marjoram to name a few.

We (Chef John) created this recipe and it has become a staple on the food truck. As we outsource our sausages being made in Wisconsin, the meat and cheese come from all local farms which makes our sausages taste even better!

For this we have the AKA Max.

The biggest misconception is that the Mac dog is a side of Mac n cheese. It is in fact a CORNDOG, with no meat inside.

We know how to make anything into a corndog, it’s our job. Trust us when you see the Mac n cheese under ‘Corndogs’ and not ‘Sides’.

Insider tip: If you want to spice things up a bit, you can try it spicy! Before we dip the Mac into the batter, we roll it in our Nashville seasoning.

No sauce is served with this corndog but you can always ask for ketchup/mustard or purchase a side sauce.

Remember, it’s a corndog on a stick, not a side dish. 😎🦄🥳🫶🏻
