Our Meatball Piadina is now made with 100% beef meatballs and it’s even better than before!

Our pork-heavy menu pays homage to Emilia-Romagna, the home of piadina and a region with a rich tradition of pork and cured meats. But we know some of you don’t eat pork, and “there’s always the chicken” wasn’t much of a choice. 😉

You deserve more options, and this one’s worth getting your hands on. Come give it a try!

Meet Carmine, one of our very first customers. Originally from Emilia-Romagna and now living in the US, he stumbled upon La Piadina while visiting Fort Collins. One bite brought him back to his childhood, his grandmother’s kitchen, and his mother’s love.

On his latest trip back, he stopped in again and shared that La Piadina will be part of the book he’s writing.

Named for Mantova, a northern Italian city whose surrounding countryside is celebrated for pumpkin and truffles, it’s our little nod to fall in Italy.

Roasted butternut squash, charred radicchio, balsamic cipollini onions, black truffle pecorino, and fresh arugula... all tucked into our handmade piadina.

Warm fall spices, a little sweetness, a little bitterness, and rich truffle flavor. Freshly made to order, every time.
