Kians Rosato Sour
Strawberry gin, bergamotto & egg white. Smooth, silky, no notes.

Annas Tea’d Up (contains mint)
Bourbon, peach & black tea liqueur. Steeped in flavor.

Jeffs Brezza Toscana

14,640 cannolis, 1,840 pounds of garlic, 24,000+ pounds of pasta made in house, 100,000+ cocktails sold, and over 125,000 guests.

This weekend marks 1 year of being open and wow. What a year it’s been!

To our team: it’s hard to describe just how much work and dedication goes into serving an average of over 400 guests every day, especially to those who don’t know what it’s like to work in a restaurant. The love each and every one of you pour into this place makes Maida what it is.

To Fort Collins: it has been an overwhelmingly joyful experience to witness the life you have breathed back into this corner of Old Town & how much support we have felt from those who have walked through our doors. We can’t thank our community enough for the love & kindness as we find our footing.
