Weekend feature: The Ricky 🔧

This one’s personal.

Pretzel-crusted pork schnitzel, fried crisp and finished with a brandy mustard cream sauce—built the right way, no shortcuts.

Named for Chef Rick Kangas, one of Chef Ted’s mentors. The standard was set high… so we met it.

It’s a little tribute, a lot of flavor, and only here for the weekend.

Pull up and give it the respect it deserves.

Full menu all day—no festival shortcuts.
Front dining room + front patio = open to everyone.
Back patio = wristband holders only after 3PM today and 1PM tomorrow.

Translation: you’ve got options.
