To Our Loyal Customers, Family and Friends
After 65 wonderful years in business, the time has come for us to say goodbye. It is with mixed emotions and heavy hearts that we announce we will be closing our doors at the end of the year.
Since 1960 our family has had the honor of being part of this incredible community. We are deeply grateful for every visit, every kind word, and every moment that you chose to spend with us. El burrito has always been more than just a restaurant, it’s been a gathering place for love, laughter, and sometimes tears. Creating friendships that will last a lifetime. You watched our family grow, as we watched yours, and you let us be a part of your family gatherings for the good times and bad. We will always cherish being a part of your family’s stories.
All of the loyalty and unwavering support of the hundreds of employees and customers over the years have been the foundation of everything we’ve built. It’s been a privilege being in your lives for so many decades, and we will carry those memories with us forever.
Though we have decided to make this incredibly emotional decision, we
believe our beloved Agustina Godinez,
Jesse Godinez, and Connie Godinez were right there with us. Their hard work, dedication, and spirit made the heart of the restaurant. We will honor them today and always.
El Burrito will forever be a part of the story we all share. We hope the spirit of what we built together continues to live on in the community we’ve all helped to create.
From the bottom of our hearts thank you for 65 years of loyalty, laughter, and friendships. You made this journey unforgettable.
While it is a bittersweet goodbye, we hope to see you for one last memory.
With heartfelt gratitude,
Dorothy Godinez and Family, Godinez Family, Phil Campbell, and all the
employees over the last 65 years.
