La Piadina- Italian flatbreads- Food Truck

Piadina is an Italian flatbread sandwich, originally from the Romagna region of Italy. We've been happily feeding them to Northern Colorado since 2013. 😊 ❤️

We make authentic Piadina sandwiches as if you were in Italy! We:

-Make two types of homemade dough:
~regular (made with olive oil and is vegetarian/vegan friendly)
~authentic dough used in Italy (made with milk and lard).

-Make all our sauces from scratch (pesto, cream of mushroom, spicy olive oil, and soft cheese sauce).

-Purchase fresh produce from local Fort Collins farmers and grow our own arugula and basil in our backyard garden!

*We sell Piadina for all types of food lovers (vegans, vegetarians, and meat eaters). Our toppings include prosciutto (aged ham), sorpassata (pork-like salami), regular ham, grilled zucchini, grilled eggplant mixed with parsley and garlic, arugula and basil (from Menyus' garden), tomatoes, and mozzarella. We sell dessert Piadina's and authentic caprese salad! Growing up in Italy and then moving to the States, Menyus always missed the authentic Piadina. He would often visit and enjoy many Piadina's in the summer months. It was then on a trip in summer of 2012 where he became inspired to open La Piadina in Colorado in June 2013. With Menyus' hard work and dedication, he brings La Piadina to the lovely community of Fort Collins, Colorado. Come check us out as we move around the city.
