When you know it's not sweet, salty, sour or bitter, and you can't quite put your fork on that mouth-watering taste you're sensing... that's Umami! Our food is inspired by our founder's travels abroad and the universal drive to eat and share good food every day. We try to use as many locally-sourced products as possible at Umami to help our friends and our community. We use a variety of recycled a

nd compostable products to minimize our carbon footprint. Our menu is also conscious of all peoples needs including vegetarians, vegans, gluten allergies and of course the carnivores
