With full hearts, we're sharing some bittersweet news — after much reflection and for deeply personal reasons, we have made the difficult decision to close the doors of Saffron Scoops N Bites on May 3rd.
When we first opened, we dreamed of creating a place where every scoop told a story and every bite felt like home. What we never imagined was how deeply YOU would make that dream come alive. 🍨✨
You filled our little corner of Fort Collins with laughter, love, family moments, and the kind of warmth no amount of saffron could ever replicate.
To every customer who walked through our doors, left a kind word, shared our story, or simply showed up — thank you. You didn't just support a small business. You supported our family, our passion, and our purpose. 🙏
