Join the Bistro Nautile community in fighting hunger in NoCo. The reduction of SNAP benefits and prolonged government shutdown have stretched our Food Bank to the max. They cannot continue to provide for those that need support without our help. For the duration of 2025, Bistro Nautile will be collecting monetary donations for the Food Bank as well as needed items for Global Leaders’ student-run food pantries. Donate $10 or more in needed items or funds and receive $10 in Nautile Give Back Bucks to use on your next visit. Together, WE ARE THE GOOD. ❤️

Many thanks to all who joined us for our epic Equinox festivus, which also happened to be the seventh occurrence of our collaboration dinner with Leopold Bros. Distillery. Many thanks to Scott Leopold for dropping massive amounts of spirits knowledge, Sauce and Jake for holding it down behind the bar, and to our farmer friends, Jared and Luci of hazeldellmushrooms and Aaron and Rhea of jodarfarms, for everything they do for us every day.
