Butterfly Cafe The Butterfly Cafe name pays homage to the historical significance of the Butterfly Building. We utilize many locally sourced and non additive ingredients.

We are a craft kitchen and coffee bar operating out of 400 square feet in the heart of Old Town, Fort Collins. We specialize in strong coffee and unique twists on your favorite soups, salads and sandwiches. Our daily soups, salads, sauces and spreads are made from scratch. Try our house-made almond, cashew, and pecan milks swirled in our locally roasted espresso shots.
