We opened McCoy’s Morning Glory Restaurant, on June 14, 2000. We learned and continue to learn a great deal from our extended family of patrons. This establishment has proved to be a dynamic source for learning as well as a consistent source of joy and triumph, greater than either of us ever imagined. ng Glory Restaurant. We are blessed with a caring and engaged staff, many of whom are considered family. We must also give thanks to our incredible “regular folks” who grace and support us in the continuation of our dream. In this endeavor, we have a compassion for our community as a whole, to provide a unique and fulfilling dining experience. Our vision is that all of our customers will feel relaxed by the sights, sounds, and smells around them.
