And just like that, our first summer at Edison’s Greeley has passed.🥹

We’re so proud of our staff and servers for their dedication and growth. We’re honored to carry on the legacy of the Salzman building. We’re grateful to our community for welcoming us with excitement and camaraderie.

Greeley—we can’t wait to see what’s in store for the rest of the year and many more summers to come. ✨

Edison's Ice Cream is a simple snack for a good time. Our pints and ice cream sandwiches are great for serving at your Labor Day weekend activities (so you don't have to worry about extra labor!).

Construction can't stop us from serving our Greeley community! ⚠️

Beginning September 1st, the intersection of 8th Avenue and 10th Street in Downtown Greeley will be closed for construction and is expected to last a few weeks.

The good news is Edison's Greeley will still be accessible during the road closures! Although there may be some changes to the surrounding traffic patterns and street parking may be unavailable, our ice cream parlor, parking lot, and sidewalks will remain open. The strip of 8th street in front of Edison's still provides access to the parking lot next to our building despite the detour signs for thru traffic.

Last call for the collab of the summer! 🍦🍻

Our Transatlantique Kriek and Dominga ice cream flavors are inspired by New Belgium Brewing's craft beverages (but contain no alcohol). Fruity notes like cherry, lime, and grapefruit pack a refreshing, complex flavor into every spoonful. 🍒🍊

We're scooping the last batch of these Limited Edition Collab Flavors this Saturday, August 29th at New Belgium Brewing - Fort Collins for Tour De Fat. 🚲

Visit Edison's Cart at New Belgium to savor one last scoop, or purchase pints from our to-go freezer inside Edison's Ice Cream this week. (Reminder that scoops are for sale ONLY from Edison's Cart, and pints for sale ONLY in-store).

Can you believe it’s already the final week or our summer Limited Edition Flavor lineup? Don’t let these seasonal favorites melt away without one last taste!

🍍Pina Colada: Tropical and refreshing with a coconut base and swirls of pineapple jam.
🔥 Campfire S’mores: Toasted marshmallow base with chocolate-dipped graham cracker chunks and mini marshmallows.

We've loved seeing our community visit Edison's Cart this summer, and we can't believe this Tuesday, August 18th, is our final date at FoCo Food Truck Rally for the season. 🥲

We'll be scooping four of our signature ice cream flavors, plus a selection of two ice ice cream sandwich flavors. Bring your friends and family, grab dinner from the trucks, and save plenty of room for the quintessential summer dessert. 🍦
