Meet Gabby. Bartender, Mule Berry evangelist, and a woman who knows her way around a cocktail shaker. 🍹

Her favorite cocktail to make and drink at Penrose? The Mule Berry. 🍹It’s a pretty solid endorsement if you ask us!

Come let her make you one this weekend— or swing by for Happy Hour today from 3–6PM and take advantage of the $3 beers, $4 cocktails and $5 wines!

Then come back for brunch tomorrow, 9AM–noon. Because like us we know you believe in a balanced weekend too! 😏

Finally, a salad with main character energy! 💪✨ Come for the greens, stay for the brews! Drop by and say hi Penrosers!

A little bump, set, sip! 🖐️ 🏐🍻

We packed the house at Penrose today — Coach Kohan, Colorado State Volleyball and enough Colorado State University Rams fans to make us rethink our seating chart.🫣

Turns out the best rotation in town includes a bar stool. 🐏 See ya next week, Penrosers! 💚💛
