Here are some specials we’ll probably have once we get this dang trailer fixed up.

If you haven’t heard, our trailer took a nasty hit to the passenger side wheel well. It bent the axle (maybe both of them), popped the tire, destroyed the hub cap, and made a big ole mess on the inside of the trailer. Our flattop/chef base combo broke off its brackets and tipped breaking almost every drawer. Our sandwich prep cooler dislodged and went for a ride. Somehow our fryer stayed in place but the floors looked like the Gulf of Mexico circa April 2010.

Everything to say, we don’t know when we’ll be open again. Our next steps: receive the quote from our repair folks, send all that over to our insurance company, and hope for the best. Once we have an estimated grand re-re-re-re-opening, y’all will be the first to know 🤠

Only the real ones know 😈😤

On some very, very rare occasions (any Sunday after the farmers market) we may or may not have the OG Jersey Devil. This only happens when we’ve got some leftover jalapeños and cream cheese from the previous day but that might not always be the case.

If you’re able to Catch the Cowboy on Sundays at the city park pool, ask us if we’ve got it and we’ll be happy to make it for you 🤠

The Strami Burger 🤠

Disclaimer: THIS IS NOT A REUBEN. No thousand island or Russian dressing here. Those sandwiches also got sauerkraut on it and I think that stuff is less than ideal so we’re taking a different approach to this iconic deli meat. House cured pastrami, dill pickles (not pictured), shaved pickled onion, and deli style mustard all piled high on top of a double smash burger.

This trailer has changed a lot of lives. Mine and my sister’s to name a couple. But mostly, you guys. Getting to hear “this was the best burger of my life” and knowing some people still think of our food even after moving away is a really powerful thing.

It powers us through huge rushes serving hundreds in a few hours and cold, rainy nights where we’d be lucky to sell 10 burgers. Or some of the lower points like when our hood system just stopped working in the middle of the when we already had a line of 20 people😳😬

It was kind of fun getting up on the roof though…
