We're looking for someone who:
✨ Has a positive attitude
✨ Loves providing a genuine customer service experience
✨ Enjoys working as part of a team
✨ Thrives in a fast-paced environment
✨ Is reliable, hardworking, and eager to learn
✨ Availability M-F 7am - 4pm
✨ Previous barista, restaurant, or customer service experience is preferred

What you'll do:
☕ Craft delicious coffee, matcha, energy drinks, teas, and specialty beverages
😊 Create memorable customer experiences
🧹 Help keep the shop clean, organized, and stocked
🤝 Work alongside an amazing team that genuinely enjoys serving our community

About the job:
📍 This is a part time job 10-20 hrs/week
📍 Compensation $10-$14/hr plus tips depending on experience

We are so excited to share that we are looking to add another member or two to our barista team! 😍

When I started Mission Brewed Coffee I never imagined I would have such a wonderful team of people surrounding me to help the shop be successful but it’s truly because of the hard work of our baristas that you all get your daily dose of caffeine. 🥹☕️

Every month we see continuous growth and in an effort to ensure we are able to provide you all the best customer service experience (Plus to be able to provide some super exciting new things!) We are looking to add to our team of baristas!
