Forksville’s Big Mike’s Steaks & Hoagies

10/03/2026

✨We will be OPEN today, Saturday October 3rd, at 11am.

♥️We appreciate all the love and support that you have shown our family during the difficult passing of our baby boy, Murphy Clarence. His middle name was inspired by the angel character in, “It’s a wonderful life”, and now our little Murphy has his wings.🪽

We will remain closed today, Friday October 2nd, due to having to make the very difficult decision to allow Murphy Clarence to cross over the rainbow bridge.

We appreciate your condolences and prayers for Murphy and our family. 🫶🏻

Murphy was the best boy and one of the coolest little adventurers ever to exist! For being a tiny pup, Murphy loved car rides, hiking World’s End trails and frolicking in the Loyalsock Creek. His middle name, Clarence, was inspired by the film, “It’s a wonderful Life” after the Angel Clarence because Murphy was a true angel on this Earth. Not only did he have a full and wonderful life, but he gave us all so much love and fulfilled all the lives of the people who knew him just by being his magical self. He was such a blessing to our family and he will be terribly missed. Murphy Clarence’s beautiful spirit will live on in our hearts forever.♥️ 🐾

‼️ CLOSED TODAY due to a family pet emergency. We apologize for any inconvenience. Big Mike’s is a family owned and operated establishment and our fur-babies are a big part of this family unit.

🙏 Please send Murphy Clarence some good vibes.
