Four Founders is stepping into an exciting new season — and we’re looking for a General Manager who can help lead our team with excellence, hospitality, and heart.

If you’re passionate about people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, love creating meaningful community experiences through great coffee, and have a heart for the local church, this could be the perfect role for you.

What You’ll Do:
– Lead and develop our barista team
– Oversee daily operations
– Cultivate a warm, consistent guest experience
– Manage scheduling, inventory, and systems
