Forest Park has you covered if you need your fix on Monday. Temporary Forest Park cafe hours are 7am to 1pm, and we're hoping to open longer hours in a couple weeks.

After moving to the United States and building a career in technology sales, Jacques realized his heart was still in coffee. Together with his son and co-founder, Jeremiah Shalo, he created Kribi Coffee, a modern, community-driven way to share the heart of Cameroon.

What makes Kribi Coffee different? It starts with how we roast. ☕️

Most coffee is drum roasted, with beans tumbling inside a hot metal drum. That can lead to char and inconsistent flavors.

At The Kribi Cofee, we do things differently. Our beans are air roasted, suspended on a bed of hot air and roasted evenly from every angle in under 10 minutes.

Because the beans never touch hot metal, you get a cleaner, smoother cup without those bitter, burnt flavors.

It’s the bean, exactly how it’s supposed to taste. Bold flavor with a smooth finish.
