Mary's Truck Stop Remembering Mary's 1955-2007
Mary's was first opened in May of 1955, serving soft serve ice cream, hot dogs, and hamburgers.

Mary's was expanded for the first time around 1960 and was then opened for walk in guests to come in and enjoy the home cooked food. Around 1965 owner Mary decided it was once again time for an expansion. The bank said it was in the poor part of town and would never make it and owner Mary shot back with "Poor people gotta eat too" and that was that. Mary's was open for over 50 years and made its mark in the lives of many.
