degree in Hotel & Restaurant management from Lyceum of the Philippines. He gained culinary experience working in several restaurants in the Philippines. Neil then travelled to Bahrain & Australia where he enhanced his knowledge of multicultural cuisine. In 2000 he moved to the United States and finally settled in Maryland after marrying his wife Gemma. In the US, he successfully managed several po

pular chain restaurants. Before the start of COVID he decided to take time off to commit himself to raising his daughters Alexis & Savannah. Now that the girls are back in school, Neil has the time to pursue his dream of his very own food service business.
